A small Bruin distance track squad concluded their season at Sunday's NSAA Indoor Track and Field Championships held at the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex on the South Dakota State University campus. A total of five Bruins took part in two events, the mile run and the 3,000-meter run.
The Bruin distance track team concluded their regular season indoor track schedule at Friday's Concordia Invite and came away with several season bests and a Top Five All-Time mark.
In their second outing of the indoor track season, Bruin athletes improved on season bests as they move toward the NSAA meet in mid-February. The Bruins traveled to the Walz Fieldhouse on the campus of Concordia University for the Concordia Classic which featured a mostly NAIA field.
