Saifoloi nabs third-straight conference accolade

For the third-straight week, senior Tylah Saifoloi has been named the North Star Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week for her performance at last week's Susie Maxwell Berning Classic in Oklahoma City, Okla.

BISMARCK, N.D. -- For the third-straight week, senior Tylah Saifoloi has been named the North Star Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week for her performance at last week's Susie Maxwell Berning Classic in Oklahoma City, Okla. 

Saifoloi shot a 36-hole total of 1-over par with rounds of 71 and 72 on the 5,833-yard, par-71 Lincoln Park Golf Course - West Course. She finished in a tie for fourth place in the 54-player field, helping the Bruins to a fourth-place finish overall. 

Saifoloi's opening-round 71 was the best round of her four-year BU career, and the 143 total for 36 holes was her best career performance by 10 strokes. 

The Bruins are completing play today in the Bent Tree Intercollegiate hosted by Iowa Western Community College at Bent Tree Golf Club in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
