Bio

Alec Boege joined the Bellevue University women's basketball staff in Sept. of 2024 as an assistant coach.

Boege comes to Bellevue from the University of Iowa where he worked closely with the Hawkeye football team’s strength and conditioning staff. His official titles was that of a refuel technician where his focus was making refuel shakes to help players reach weight gain goals.

He has a wealth of experience working camps collegiately at both Iowa and Creighton. He was an assistant director of the 712 Area Basketball Camp, hosted by Tri-Center High School. He was also a summer assistant coach for Tri-Center, assisting head coach Chad Harder with player development.

Boege graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Sports and Recreation Management.
