Six from women's hoops earn Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors

Bellevue University women's basketball student-athletes Miranda Hennings, Laura Jurek, Faith Ross, Aminah Hall, Kaziah Terrell, and Ashtyn Arnold have been recognized by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics as a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete in an announcement made today by the NAIA national office.

Four Bellevue University women’s basketball student-athletes were honor Friday evening at the North Star Athletic Association postseason awards ceremony held at the Goss Opera House.

Ross leads BU to 73-50 win over V-Hawks in NSAA Quarters

Returning from an ankle injury, senior Faith Ross scored 17 points to lead the No. 3-seeded Bellevue University women's basketball team to a 73-50 victory over No. 6 Viterbo University Tuesday night in the quarterfinals of the North Star Athletic Association Tournament being played at the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center. 

Asha Scott led the Bruins with 12 points, four assists, and three rebounds.
DSU wins NSAA regular-season title with 69-51 win over BU

After falling behind by 19 points early in the second half, the Bruins battled back to within three points in the fourth before DSU used a 19-2 run to propel Dakota State University to a 69-51 victory over Bellevue University in North Star Athletic Association women's basketball action Thursday night in the DSU Memorial Fieldhouse.

The Dickinson State University women’s basketball opened the game on a 14-0 run and maintained a multi-possession lead throughout to down Bellevue University 78-70 on Saturday evening.

Asha Scott recorded 15 points and seven rebounds in the victory.

Four players scored in double figures, and the Bellevue University women's basketball team kept its hopes alive for a conference title with a 78-68 victory at Valley City State University Friday night in North Star Athletic Association action at the W.E. Osmon Fieldhouse.

In a battle for first place in the conference standings, Mayville State University built a 23-point first-half lead en route to a 77-67 victory over Bellevue University Friday night in North Star Athletic Association women's basketball action at the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center. 

Kaziah Terrell finished with 12 points, going 6-of-8 from the field.
Bruins cruise to 90-55 victory over Waldorf

Seven players scored at least seven points and the Bruins shot 54.1 percent from the field as the Bellevue University women's basketball team registered a 90-55 victory over visiting Waldorf University Saturday afternoon in the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center.

Ashtyn Arnold scored a career-high 27 points on 11-of-13 shooting to lead the Bellevue University women’s basketball team to an 80-65 North Star Athletic Association victory over Viterbo University on Saturday afternoon.
