Odorisio tabbed as next head coach by CCC
Tony Odorisio has been named head coach at Central Community College
BELLEVUE, Neb. - Bellevue University assistant soccer coach Tony Odorisio has been named the head men's soccer coach at Central Community College in Columbus, Neb.
Odorisio, who spent four seasons as an assistant at Bellevue, was on the Bruin coaching staff in 2009 where he helped BU to its second appearance in the NAIA National Tournament. He has also coached for the Nebraska Futbol Club as well as the Elkhorn Soccer Club.
Odorisio played professional soccer for FC KooTeePee in the Finnish Premier League where he played in 17 matches in 2008.
He was a four-year letterwinner at NCAA Division I Creighton University where he was named to the all-Missouri Valley Conference Freshman team in 2003 and earned second team all-conference honors as a senior in 2006.

Bellevue, under the direction of MCAC Coach of the Year Matt Briggs, posted a 15-3-2 record this past season and finished the year ranked No. 11 in the postseason NAIA Coaches' Poll. The Bruins won both the MCAC Regular Season and Tournament championships this past season on their way to their winningest season since 2006 (15-6-0).
The Bruins defeated Hastings College in the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round and advanced to the final site for the first time since 2009 and for just the second time in school history.
