Lira awarded MCAC Offensive Player of the Week honors
For the first time in his career, Manuel Lira has been named the MCAC men's soccer Offensive Player of the Week.

POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- For the first time in his career, Manuel Lira has been named the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference's men's soccer Offensive Player of the Week, in an announcement made today.
In the Bruins' 4-3 comeback win at Waldorf College on Nov. 2, Lira recorded two assists and scored the game-tying goal.
For the season, he has registered four goals and four assists for 12 points.
The Bruins (7-8-0, 4-1-0 MCAC) will be idle until Nov. 15-16 when they play in the MCAC Tournament.
