Veidman named MCAC Offensive Player of the Week

Leigh Veidman has been named this week's MCAC Offensive Player of the Week.

POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Bellevue University men's soccer player Leigh Veidman has been named this week's Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference's Offensive Player of the Week.

Veidman scored three goals in the Bruins' 7-0 win against York College on Oct. 23.

For the season, he has scored four goals and 30 shots.

The Bruins will play their final nonconference match of the regular season when they host second-ranked Grand View University on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Kick-off is slated for 7:00 p.m.
