McFarland named MCAC Pitcher of the Week
POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Senior Kody McFarland has been named the MCAC Pitcher of the Week in an announcement made today by the league office.
POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Senior Kody McFarland has been named the MCAC Pitcher of the Week in an announcement made today by the league office.
McFarland registered a complete-game shutout in the Bruin's 7-0 conference victory over Waldorf College on March 29. He struck out 13 batters and walked one in seven innings of work.
The honor was the fourth for McFarland during his Bruin career.
McFarland has a 3-1 record on the season with a team-high 51 strikeouts and a 3.08 ERA.
Bellevue is currently 24-4-1 on the season and ranked No. 12 in the latest NAIA Top 25 poll. The Bruins have won 18-straight games.
