Spring teams combine for 22 NAIA Scholar-Athletes
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has released the 2026 NAIA Scholar-Athletes for spring sports, recognizing student-athletes across the country who have distinguished themselves academically. Bellevue University placed 22 student-athletes on the list across five spring sports: baseball, softball, men's golf, men's track and field, and women's track and field.
Bellevue's largest groups of honorees came from baseball and softball, which each produced seven Scholar-Athletes. Men's golf added four, followed by men's track and field with three, and women's track and field with one.
To qualify as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have attended their institution for at least one full year.
